Paul Conti grew up in Woodbridge, Virginia. He started his career working in the automotive industry. Working exclusively for Audi for 12 years, he earned the title Master Technician. He has always been an avid bass fisherman and moved to North Carolina where he became the service manager for Ranger bass boat dealer, Ed Watkins Marine. It has always been a dream of his to own his own business. After moving back to Virginia in 2017, Paul launched Conti's Dockside Outboards and Rigging Specialist. Through his many years in the marine industry he has earned the title of Master Technician for Evinrude and is also a certified Honda technician. Paul has obtained Mercury certifications as well, and is experienced on all brands of outboard motors.
